Position Summary
As an Installer, you will play a vital role in transforming homes through high-quality installations. Working under the direction of the Lead Installer, you will contribute to remodeling projects by delivering exceptional craftsmanship while maintaining a safe, clean, and professional jobsite. This role is ideal for individuals who are hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Installation & Job Performance

• Install products according to manufacturer specifications with precision and efficiency
• Complete projects ranging from small jobs to large team-based installations
• Meet established targets for quality, safety, and project timelines
• Follow company procedures and maintain professionalism on all jobsites
• Deliver consistent, high-quality craftsmanship on every project

• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide updates and answer questions throughout the project
• Ensure customers feel informed, confident, and satisfied
• Support project timelines while meeting customer expectations
• Maintain clear, respectful communication at all times

• Collaborate with Lead Installers, Helpers, and Installers
• Assist in training and mentoring team members
• Share knowledge and best practices
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Build strong working relationships to support project success

• Follow all jobsite safety protocols and procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Properly store and maintain tools, materials, and equipment
• Keep company vehicles clean and organized
• Remove debris and reset the jobsite daily

• Continuously develop installation skills and technical knowledge
• Maintain and care for personal hand tools
• Demonstrate initiative, reliability, and time management
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Meet deadlines and performance expectations
